Why is my connection taking so long to complete its initial sync?

The main reason that initial syncs take a long time is because the connection has a large amount of historical data (think hundreds of thousands of invoices or transactions). Rutter may be limited in syncing pace due to factors such as rate limits or pagination restrictions.
