How do I resolve the “An application is already loaded with the same FileID” error?

End users may run into the following error:
"An application is already loaded with the same FileID."
This is usually due not to having the correct .qwc file saved. To fix the issue, the end user will need to re-download their .qwc file.
How do I fix this issue?
The end user will need to complete the following steps:
Go to
https://link.rutterapi.com/connections/<connectionID>and complete step 1 on the website. Note that you will need access to your QuickBooks files to complete the setup process.Download the
.qwcfile on the next page.
Additional considerations
Please make sure that the end user removes any previous
.qwcfiles to avoid conflicts.
