What connections do I get billed for?

We charge for using what we call billable connections. Generally speaking, these connections are considered functional and in use.

How Does Rutter Determine Billable Connections?

A connection is considered billable if it meets all the following conditions:

• The connection is healthy

• The connection does not require reauthentication

• The connection is not disabled

• The connection is in a live, production environment (not a test or sandbox connection).
